About Us




		BEECHEN GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH

	BGBC is a diverse group of people from the areas of Watford, Kings Langley, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead and beyond. We are made up of single, married, young and old people. The congregation is also made up of many nationalities including: English, Nigerian, Scottish, South African, Jamaican, Zimbabwean, Irish, Canadian... We are located on the Watford Ring Road, at the corner of Beechen Grove and Clarendon Road. See the map which shows where the church is situated.

Rev. Peter & Rev. Dr. Anna Robbins

Originally from Canada, Peter trained for the ministry at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. He holds a degree in Political Science and a Master of Divinity.Ordained into the Christian ministry in 1995, he served as minister of Clementsvale Baptist Church, Nova Scotia, and then Zion Baptist Church in Newtown, Powys.

Peter’s commitment to the gospel and the ministry grows out of a conviction that all people of God are called to be ambassadors of reconciliation to the world, in the name of Christ. As a pastor-teacher he seeks to equip the laity for works of service.

Anna, also from Canada, is the Lecturer in Theology and Contemporary Culture at The London School of Theology.
